Everything to know before ordering

How long does it take to get my website?

On average 3 days after we receive your material (logo, photos, texts or just notes). You send them from your client area, even from your phone. No texts? We write them from the business profile you fill in online.

Do I really own the website?

Yes. Each package is a one-off purchase: once paid, the site is yours. If you ever leave, we hand over the files and help you move, with no hidden fees.

Am I tied in with the hosting?

No. Hosting comes with no minimum term. Cancel in one click from your client area; the site stays online until the end of the month already paid.

What does the monthly hosting include?

Hosting on our servers in France, the security certificate (HTTPS), backups, updates, monitoring and above all unlimited changes: opening hours, photos, prices, a new service… You ask, we do it.

Is the domain name included?

Yes, your .com or .fr address is free for the first year with every package. It is registered in your name.

Will I show up on Google?

The site is built to be well understood by Google: speed, structure, tags, one page per service and per area. With the Pro package we also optimise your Google Business Profile (Maps), often the first source of calls for a local business. Nobody can honestly guarantee the top spot, but we give you every advantage.

I have no logo and no photos. What now?

That is not a problem. We can start with a simple text logo and carefully chosen royalty-free photos, then replace them with your own pictures over time.

How does payment work?

By card, on Stripe's secure checkout page. The package is paid in one go when you order; hosting, if you choose it, is charged monthly. You get a receipt for every payment and find your invoices in your client area.

Do you work with businesses outside France?

Yes. Everything happens online, by email and through the client area, in English or French. Prices are in euros and the site can be in English, French or both.

What if I don't like the result?

Before going live, you review a preview version and ask for any changes you need. Nothing is published without your approval.

Is VAT added to the prices?

No. The prices shown are what you pay: VAT not applicable under article 293 B of the French Tax Code.
